People are at the heart of our success, and we have a current opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to be a key resource within a major transformation program in our Fuel Supply Chain division.
This is a permanent position based at our Lytton Refinery (Brisbane QLD), with flexible, hybrid work options available.
You’ll take us further by:
- Understanding business cases, value, objectives of the Refinery Operations program and translating these to requirements, processes and solution outcomes
- Being delivery focused with regards to defining scope boundaries, calling out risks and balancing solution options/ outcomes against timelines
- Ability to design new processes, solve process-related problems, come up with workarounds and change impact assessments
- Deliver quality BA outputs such as process maps, BRDs, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTMs) and other requisite artefacts
- Leading workshops related to process redesign or solution optioning,
- Identifying process change impacts and managing them
About You:
- 10 years’ experience in end-to-end transformation programs (applications and/or processes)
- Previous experience within Refinery Operations, or the Oil & Gas industry generally highly desirable
- Systemic knowledge of SDLC operational and change management processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
