About the role
You will join our Group Finance Department within the Group FP&A team, reporting into the Head of Group FP&A.
You and will be responsible for providing monthly group performance reports to Senior Leaders and the Board, working with Business unit stakeholders and responsible for co-ordinating and producing group budgets and forecasts in addition to playing a key role in the half year and full year external reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the annual group budget and forecast processes partnering with the Business Planning and Analysis team
- Report monthly group performance results, metrics and risks and opportunities
- Provide in-depth analysis into the drivers of the business performance
- Develop/refine group management reporting content and rhythms to provide timely, relevant and succinct information to Senior Leaders and Board of Directors
- Support the half year and full year reporting process through the provision of data and insights
- Support Investor Relations in producing the key data file and assisting with the production of the Operating and Financial Review (OFR) and Investor presentation
About you
You will join an FP&A function committed to continuous improvement and finding new and better ways to support the business. You will be comfortable with data and insights with a strong attention to detail. You will also possess strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to build and leverage relationships with stakeholders across the business
Key skills and experience
- Qualified Accountant with extensive experience
- Experience in an ASX listed environment (or publicly listed)
- Experience partnering with senior management and influencing various stakeholders
- Ability to understand key business drivers
- Advanced excel, power point and report writing capabilities
