About the role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Real Estate team based in Brisbane. This will report to the National Asset Management Lead and will primarily support the Ampol Real Estate Team to develop and execute the Ampol Real Estate Strategy.
You will manage renewals, surrender and renegotiation of new and existing revenue and expenses leases for the QLD/NT region focussing on lease, regulatory compliance and identifying value add opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
- Management of QLD/NT portfolio leasing activities - lease renewals, lease exits and market reviews of Ampol leased assets and Ampol tenant portfolio.
- Organise and undertake asset and market due diligence for various leasing activities.
- Assess and evaluate the long-term viability of locations in the retail network.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare approval presentations, reports, correspondence, and update registers relevant to leasing and property matters.
- Preparation of legal documentation pertaining to lease renewal, exit and acquisition activities.
About you:
You have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within oil, large retail chain or fast food industry. You are self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate resilience and high level of problem-solving skills. Your strong communication stills and stakeholder engagement will help you thrive in this role.
