You may have seen some of our brands in store, such as Hungry Jack's, Boost, and Noodlebox. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of dining options and exceptional customer service across our various restaurant brands.
We are currently looking for Shift Supervisors (and aspiring QSR Restaurant Managers) to be part of the leadership team at our new M4 Eastern Creek Hungry Jacks stores! This role demands flexible availability and a readiness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Your Role:

Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.

Leading a High-Performing Team: supporting Crew training and development.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.

Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.

Adapt and Excel: Thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while balancing competing priorities.

Execute Strategy: Bring our convenience retail strategy to life.
