Right now, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Boost Juice Team Leader to lead our team of Boosties at Holbrook!
As the Team Leader, you’ll motivate your crew to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile (and maybe a smoothie too).
You’ll also play a vital role in developing your team into Weekend (and Weekday) Warriors.
What you’ll be doing:
Driving sales & profitability
Leading from the front – get involved in making our famous smoothies
Ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience
Training and developing staff to be the best they can be
Creating a fun, vibrant store atmosphere where people love to shop and work
What we need from you:
Proven experience leading teams in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail environments.
Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
High-level presentation, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving measurable results.
