Our Engineering Program
By joining our Engineering Program in 2027, you’ll gain exposure to the growth and delivery of energy infrastructure – from early-stage design and development through to construction and commissioning of new assets. With the flexibility to build capabilities aligned to your interests and strengths, you’ll work in multidisciplinary project teams alongside experienced engineers and industry experts, learning how technical judgement is applied in complex, real world delivery environments.
As your career takes shape, you’ll have the opportunity to build depth and direction through a project delivery-focused pathway. You’ll support the design and construction of energy infrastructure projects, developing an understanding of safety, constructability, quality and delivery performance in environments that are critical to enabling Australia’s energy transition.
About You
- You’re currently in your final year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or completed studies within the last 12 months.
- You’re available to commence your full-time career in March 2027.
- You’re an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident in Australia.
To be successful in this role you are someone who:
- Enjoys learning, asking questions and building confidence through experience, knowing you don’t need to have all the answers on day one.
- Has a strong sense of responsibility and care – you take pride in doing work that is safe, reliable and well thought through, understanding the impact engineering decisions have on communities and colleagues.
- Has a collaborative mindset – you value teamwork, bring others along with you and feel comfortable learning from people with different perspectives, disciplines and backgrounds.
- Is motivated to contribute to Australia’s energy infrastructure and are excited by the opportunity to support the energy transition.
