The Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Improvement Specialist to join the Networks team in Thomastown VIC, Kidman Park SA, or Eagle Farm QLD on a Permanent fulltime basis.
Reporting to the EAM Business Support Manager, you will play a key role in providing Enterprise Asset Management support across APA.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Group IT for GIS enhancements and fixes
- Liaise with operational and networks services business units across APA to gather and refine requirements
- Support enhancements to business process and system including testing and communication to end users
- Answer queries and troubleshoot issues to resolve problems
- Process & procedures maintenance (including training material) and provide training as required
About You
- Understanding of GIS suite
- Experience in the delivery of improved processes and workflows
- Ability to discuss requirements with stakeholders
- Skills to perform impact analysis on requested changes to requirements.
- Strong problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and willing to accept additional responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure, be fluid with tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail

We manage and operate gas distribution networks that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia.
