The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Head of ERP Enterprise Systems Support to join our Finance team in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane office on a Permanent Full Time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager Finance operations & Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the support, maintenance and implementation of the new Enterprise ERP solution (Workday), including a focus on continuous Finance, Procurement and PSC business transformation.
As the ERP Program is preparing for implementation of the new Workday solution, you will joint the team to set up the support model and lead the transition into BAU.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of 10 to deliver functional business support across the enterprise Workday product
- Be responsible for the solution’s backlog of improvements, new feature development/release and functional upgrades
- Lead the implementation and product performance related to the ERP platform
- Develop the Enterprise System Transformation Roadmap for Finance, Procurement and HR, managing priorities and adjusting the roadmap as required
- Ensure adherence to data management and governance policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies through process design, reporting and data transformation
Your background
- Tertiary qualification and/or relevant work experience in related discipline
- Ability to fully understand business requirements and impacts and to interpret and explain complex system functions and the relevance to business value to a wide audience
- Proven work experience administering cloud based HR, financial and procurement systems, including Workday
- Experience in managing change initiatives across relevant systems and applications
