The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Workforce and Reporting Analyst to join our Technology team in Sydney on a full-time permanent employment with flexible working options.
You will play a key role in supporting various initiatives for FY24, including supporting the developing of resource management frameworks, and associated process and tools that generate continuous improvements within workforce planning practices.
About You
In the role of Workforce and Reporting Analyst, you will lead the development of technology resource management dashboards to enable analysis of workforce performance.
- Experience in analyse data and reporting to identify emerging trends and anomalies, will produce workforce reports highlighting results across key business drivers, including trends.
- provide business insights to management team through reporting and analysis. This position is key to achieving effectiveness and efficiency metrics as well as providing resource visibility to business units and projects leads.
- proactively educate key stakeholders on workforce planning data and related analytics, to ensure well informed operational decisions.
- Demonstrated experience working in similar positions. You will possess advanced trend analysis and insight analytics experience; advanced skills with Microsoft office suite, including but not limited to excel, power point, outlook, word, power BI and Workforce Management Tools and Systems
- collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders is essential in this role as well as ability to work as an effective member of a diverse team, and the ability to work independently, sound judgement an initiative including addressing issues.
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft a range of communications and manage positive attitude with a diverse of internal stakeholders at all levels.

- knowledge and understanding related to workforce planning requirements and best practice methodologies.
