We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Principal Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager of Integrated Business Planning and Reporting, you will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, General Managers, and Division Leaders in the corporate space and will liaise with the broader Finance team to deliver market-leading finance services to the business. Your role will involve providing strategic financial advice, insights and support to the business to influence the financial performance of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate and partner with stakeholders providing timely expert advice and support in line with strategic objectives
Leverage analytical tools and financial insights to support and challenge business leaders, assisting in solving complex business problems
Deliver commercially focused insights and analysis to support strategic planning, influence business decision-making and commercial management
Provide market-leading customer-focused finance services and partner with the business
Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies through alignment of processes across wider Finance functions ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Lead the business through key finance processes including forecasting, budgeting, month-end and reporting
Your background
Tertiary qualification and/or relevant work experience within finance business partnering, managing strategic and operational activities for mid-large organisations
Experience in fast-paced, change transformation environments, supporting and influencing business structures and finance initiatives
Proven ability to coach and mentor leaders to enhance finance capability within an operational business
Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvement and system optimisation strategies for compliance and efficiency
Ability to interpret and explain complex finance data and processes to a wide audience, using data to influence key operational and strategic decisions
