We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Corridor Integrity Services Officer to join our Engineering and Planning team in Brisbane on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Team Lead Corridor Integrity Services, you will be responsible for receiving and assessing ‘Before You Dig Australia’ (BYDA) enquiries as well as responding to other external stakeholder contact regarding third party works with the potential to impact APA assets. The team also provides general administration support, including mail outs, and maintenance of landholder database records
Key Responsibilities
High volume of direct communication with a variety of BYDA enquirers to gather complete information of proposed works
Maintain necessary records to ensure accuracy of the database
Data enter all correspondence into APA’s system eg. updates to landowner contact program and land ownership changes
Assist to prepare mail outs and other communication material for landowners and public
Process enquiries and provide responses within set timeframes.
About You
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Basic understanding of civil works and construction or utilities is advantageous but not essential.
Proven experience in performing high-volume data entry.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, while maintaining a thorough and accurate approach
