We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Power Maintenance Coordinator - East to join us in our Operations Power team in Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Operations East, you will play a key role in developing and implementing fully integrated maintenance plans and schedules for all plant and equipment for the East Coast Power Assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with site maintenance teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities to efficiently manage resources and asset availability.
- Accountable for reporting of maintenance KPIs
- Coordinating, planning, and monitoring contract personnel.
- Promote initiatives to improve the productivity of the maintenance scheduling and planning process and the execution of the work
- Oversee the creation, organisation, and maintenance of maintenance documents ensuring that are up-to-date and properly archived
- Support the sites with managing all maintenance tasks, job plans related documents and drawings
Your background
- Essential Trade or Engineering qualifications and demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities in the power industries
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Contract management and documentation proficiency
- Experience in collating maintenance work packs and permitting
- Demonstrated experience using computer maintenance management systems, Maximo preferred
