We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst - Accounting and Process Support to join our Finance team in Sydney CBD office on a full-time fixed-term basis until 30 June 2026.
Reporting to the Financial Control Manager, this role plays a critical part in supporting high-quality management reporting, forecasting and financial insight across the business. This is a hands-on analytical position suited to someone who enjoys working closely with operational leaders, translating complex financial data into meaningful insights, and contributing to consistent and robust financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Operational Managers to support the preparation and improvement of management information and reporting systems.
Collate and consolidate financial and operational data from business units into monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
Assist managers to evaluate, interpret and integrate financial information to support decision-making.
Liaise with Financial Accountants to maintain a consistent and reliable information base across the organisation.
Prepare longer-term forecasts and plans, draw on trend analysis and economic assumptions.
Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial information flows.
Your background
Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting or accounting support roles.
Strong skills in forecasting and liquidity analysis.
The ability to analyse financial information and communicate it clearly and practically.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with the confidence to work autonomously when required.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data and processes.
