We're seeking highly talented and dedicated software developers who excel in fast-paced, ever-evolving development environments. As a software professional, you'll play an essential role on the team responsible for delivering engaging games that cater to our diverse player community. The ideal candidate possesses strong programming skills, particularly in C++, and is passionate about "coding to test code."What You'll Do
- Develop games using C++
- Innovate creative technical solutions to address design challenges
- Collaborate within a close-knit, motivated team and maintain effective communication both within the team and with game team stakeholders as needed
- Architect and craft software following established design patterns
- Produce concise yet comprehensive technical documentation
- Engage in the entire Software Development lifecycle, from analyzing requirements and designing to building, testing, and implementing
- Ensure prompt response to defects and facilitate communication among stakeholders
- Review and provide constructive feedback on code, both existing and new, authored by fellow team members
- Collaborate with teammates on substantial software modifications
- Resolve issues and enhance features in alignment with product requirements and bug reports
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- A minimum of 3 years of programming experience with a focus on C++
- Proficiency in C++, with commercial experience in C++ being highly valued
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Familiarity with software development best practices and their application
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision
- Capability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented approach
- Valuable experience in working with defect management tools such as Jira
