Culture at Aristocrat

I joined Aristocrat in 2018 as an Electrical Engineer, and my journey with the company has been absolutely remarkable. During this time, I've had the opportunity to transition into the role of Project Manager within the Hardware Department, which has been an enriching experience. Working at Aristocrat, I am always struck by the multitude of opportunities that are provided for personal and professional growth. From day one, the management has been incredibly supportive, always encouraging me to push myself, confront challenges head on and embrace new opportunities. They have been my biggest supporters, offering ongoing assistance, comprehensive training, and invaluable guidance every step of the way. What truly sets Aristocrat apart is a genuine dedication to the wellbeing and development of their employees. Inspired by this commitment, I took the initiative to create a team of Women in Technology within the organisation, where we support and empower women in the industry through mentorship programs.
