To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Lead, this role will be responsible for providing project management and project engineering capability to assist achieving effective delivery of Project scopes.
This is a Brisbane based position and will required to travel to the field frequently during the construction phase, with plenty of notice.
In addition you will:
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Coordinate field personnel and contractors engaged in engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning through monitoring and controlling quality, cost and schedule.
- Coordinate planning, procurement, internal engineering, commissioning and handover to Operations through approved Arrow processes and systems, complete project close-out reports with lessons learnt.
- Manage project risks by identifying and implementing mitigations in order to minimise project risk exposure to ALARP.
- Ensure project costs are controlled by assisting in the development of budgets, schedules and documentation in line with cost estimates.
- Ensure construction activities are executed to quality, cost and schedule requirements through the development of construction work packs.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- University degree
- Senior Project Engineer experience on large packages of work in the Oil & Gas, or capital Power projects in Australia.
- Integrating at senior levels within the business and with external stakeholders.
- CSG Project Engineering / Management experience (desirable).
