Who we are

At Arrow, we explore and develop gas fields, produce and sell coal seam gas and generate electricity. We have operations across the Surat and Bowen basins, based in Dalby and Moranbah respectively, as well as our corporate headquarters in Brisbane.

We are incorporated joint venture between Shell and PetroChina (50/50), with a proud history of operating gas and power assets in Queensland since 2000. We have a high performance culture that embraces diversity and rewards hard work.

Our Vision

Arrow has a vision to be the most competitive and respected developer of unconventional gas value chains in Australia. We recruit talented and motivated people who are passionate about joining our journey.

Inclusivity

We pride ourselves on having a diverse workforce and have developed programs to support this, such as our Indigenous support network ‘Bundagadan’ (meaning ‘rainbow from this place’). Bundagadan provides mentoring, workshops and coaching opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff at Arrow. Arrow Energy's Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2021-2023 puts our vision into action through employment, training, education and business opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

In 2021 Arrow’s inaugural Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Council was established.  This council’s mission is to advocate for and build awareness of the importance of D&I throughout Arrow, and ensure delivery of our D&I goals.
