To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Document Controller on a fixed term contract to join our team.

The Role
Reporting to the Information Management & Business Partner Manager, the purpose of this role is to contribute to the implementation and on-going management of the document and records management process for operations and projects, in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

This is a Brisbane based position and may require occasional travel to our field operations, with plenty of notice.

In addition you will:

  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
  • Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Model inclusive behaviours to create a safety environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
  • Perform required document control and records management activities, including the processing of documentation into the EDMS
  • Ensure efficient turnaround times for project documentation to support and facilitate project targets.
  • Expedite delivery of information from designers, contractors and suppliers by working collaboratively with internal and external parties to articulate and support DC requirements.
  • Assist information users to effectively utilise ASSAI by providing training and guidance.
  • Maintain ICT governance and standards and contributing to development of procedures on Document Control

About You

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in the areas of document control/document management
  • Demonstrated experience with automated document management systems.
  • Desktop software competent - MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat reader/writer, MFD - document scanning.
  • EDMS Power User skills
