About the Opportunity

ASC have a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team on a full-time 12 month contract. Reporting to the LOTE Project Director, this position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day functions of the LOTE Project Management Office and providing project administrative support to the Project Director & the Project Team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing project administrative and coordination support across planning, execution and closeout phases of the project;
  • Preparation of project reports and presentations for meetings;
  • Coordination of meetings, as well as producing minutes and action reports;
  • Maintain the project’s filing systems (PLM) in support of the lifecycle management of formal ASC documents
  • Arrange travel and complete expense reports
  • Manage and update LOTE document templates
  • Assign and remove cost codes, generate monthly cost code reports and ensure completion of fortnightly timesheets

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
  • Outstanding level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in providing high quality support within face paced environment
  • Strongly collaborative with a whole of team approach
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with resilience while maintaining agreed service levels and standards
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Eligibility

Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship and be eligible to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance that includes providing a current National Police Clearance Certificate if successful.
