About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and supporting the wider Supply Chain team the purpose of the Supply Chain Analyst is to deliver strategic reporting activities and maintain performance dashboards for critical supply chain processes. This position will develop, deliver or support business strategies and the related supply chain activities.

The role is responsible for much of the administration required for the current and proposed digital solutions within the ASC Supply Chain and associated supplier network. Undertaking and being an important part of the significant transformation of the supply chain systems and controls by building and maintaining a suite of report dashboards to monitor, innovate and improve supply chain functions.

This Permanent position is based from Osbourne SA.

You will have good communication and interpersonal skills along with a logical approach to problem solving with exceptional attention to the detail. Your conceptual ability and technical analysis skills will enable you to apply the appropriate tools, systems and methodologies to this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and performance dashboards that provide the ASC Supply Chain with information that supports and improves ASC’s Supply Chain Performance
  • Administrator of the Supply Chain Data and maintenance of its integrity
  • Assist with the implementation of strategic planning activities to support Supply Chain
  • Maintain Supply Chain Master Data input accuracy
  • Governance and compliance with all Supply Chain, WHS policies and procedures and ASC’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Policy
  • Actively engage in continuous incremental improvement in Supply Chain function using digital solutions.

Desirable competencies and experiences

  • Recent graduate or experience in Information Technology, Business Analytics or a related field
  • Knowledge of BI reporting tools for dashboard creation for management reporting and associated processes is advantageous
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Excel
  • Awareness of enterprise risk management controls
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and convert it into analytical reports and insights
  • Knowledge in the field of data analysis
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and business case development
  • Analytical minded with an attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous exposure to Supply Chain activities would be highly regarded

Eligibility and Requirements

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
