About the Opportunity
Reporting into the Engineering Development Systems Manager this position will provide support in coordination, on boarding, program rotation support and delivery of ASC’s Engineering Early Careers program including:
- Graduate Program
- Undergraduate Program
- Traineeship Program
This role is a full time, 2 year fixed term contract, based in Osborne SA.
Responsibilities
- Raise documentation to on-board and off-board the Graduates from the Program
- Assist in the structure of the Program and rotation including processing agreements, coordinating rotation timings and general support to graduates on external rotations
- Monitor the progress of the Graduates during the rotations and assist in the development of individualised development plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Graduates for training allocation, rotation changes and management of the mentoring program
- Liaising with, and provide sound advice to P&C Business Partners, and Leaders on a range of Graduate and Undergraduate placement queries
Skills & Experiences
- Proven experience in being able to juggle and liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong experience in providing high quality support administration and coordination support
- Proven track record of providing an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a diverse environment with teams located in alternative locations
- Experience in demonstrating a proactive, can do attitude with the ability to effectively manage multiple task and activities at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
