About the Opportunity
ASC are seeking a passionate and experienced Graduate Program Lead for an exciting new opportunity.
This 12-month fixed term role, has the flexibility to be based from Osborne, SA or Henderson, WA and is responsible for the design and delivery of a new, national Corporate Graduate Program for ASC. Working with and supported by the Learning and Organisational Development Team, the role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and reporting on ASC's Graduate program. As the program matures, this role will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting Graduates across the business.
As part of the People & Culture team, you will have a key input in the L&D life cycle, collaborating closely with our OD team, Business Partners and Capability Managers to scope and develop program initiatives, resources and tools to develop Graduates successfully start their new career. This role provides you with the opportunity to make a real difference to our organisation, our ability to attract, develop and retain early careers talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a new graduate program
- Engaging with Universities and supporting recruitment team in attracting potential Graduates to the program
- Overseeing program management, user experience, effectiveness, communications and reporting
- Stakeholder management of key internal stakeholders to execute on program
- Development of all documentation including framework, governance, processes, guides and tools
- Creation of Graduate L&D learning journeys supporting professional and technical development
- Co-ordination of rotations, reporting and administration of all programs across the business
About you
Our successful candidate will:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Learning, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading Undergraduate and Graduate programs and/or, graduate academy business support experience within a high-volume delivery or defence organisation
- Be a high performer with a proactive approach and highly driven professional attitude.
- The ability to engage and influence key internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a natural team player with the ability to effectively collaborate within a virtual and geographically dispersed workforce.
- Possess a conceptual ability and well-developed L&D skills which will enable you to apply the appropriate tools, methodologies and frameworks to thrive in this role.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship and be eligible to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance that includes providing a current National Police Clearance Certificate if successful.
