About the opportunity
Reporting to the Strategic Resourcing Manager, the Talent Acquisition Lead (TAL) will partner with the business to implement and manage the recruitment strategies to deliver on our resource demand requirements across the organisation.
The TAL will spearhead recruitment strategies and campaigns to support workforce gap analysis mitigation strategies. These strategies will encompass both mid-to-long term capability attraction strategies to ensure that forecasted workforce requirements are determined, and a strategic approach is developed to mitigate risk and build capability when and as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the mid-to-long term talent acquisition sourcing strategy for ASC ensuring that forecasted needs are met and that the strategy is aligned with ASC’s corporate goals and the needs of the individual business units.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external industry bodies to enhance ASC as employer of choice.
- Manage the provision of advice and guidance to the business in relation to talent acquisition activities.
- Ensure that governance and compliance tasks are aligned with recruitment practices nationally and fully completed to ensure that ASC are complying with legislative requirements, and that policies and procedures are followed
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a recruitment partnering or advisory role
- Experience in building effective attraction campaigns and delivering on workforce attraction strategies
- Ability to recognize talent trends in the market and develop and promote early mitigation strategies, including stakeholder buy-in and support
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders to promote organisation brand and increase market engagement

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
