About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist to join our team at Osborne SA! Reporting to the Internal Communications and Engagement Manger you will play a key role in supporting the execution of Internal communications and ASC’s employee engagement and culture, in alignment with ASC’s business strategy and objectives.

This role will engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive employee engagement, influence connectivity and culture to positively impact all areas of our business at ASC.

You will be accountable for development and management of strategic internal communications, development and execution of key internal communication projects; and development and maintaining employee engagement frameworks.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a communications role, with demonstrated experience in internal communications, employee and stakeholder engagement.
  • Efficient planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of initiative and a flexible approach, comfortable with competing demands and change.
  • Event planning and event management experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Corporate Communications is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Adobe Suite, SharePoint are highly desirable.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
