About the Opportunity
ASC is seeking a ILS Technical Support Officer to join our Engineering Department. In this role, you will provide critical technical support to ensure the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products and activities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining regular ILS product reports and coordinating with various departments to gather necessary data. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with external customers to support the processing of maintenance requests.
This is a permanent full-time position, based from Osborne, SA.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining reports for internal and external customers.
- Provide administrative support to ILS team members.
- Transfer of technical documentation to support maintenance activities.
- Processing of Maintenance Amendment Proposals and Documentation Amendment Proposals.
- Maintaining and archiving of ILS maintenance documentation.
About you
- Experience working within a complex Projects environment, within maintenance/shipbuilding or heavy industry
- Acute attention to detail as you check information at competent level
- Preparation/maintenance of reports using Microsoft office products
- Knowledge of design, operation, maintenance and the demonstrated ability to work within the engineering standards
Be able to undertake work at an operation and maintenance process level with minimal supervision
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
