About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Early Careers Team in Osborne, SA. This role will report to the Early Careers Manager and support the Team with the planning and delivery of early careers recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Initiating pre-employment checks and updating evaluation trackers
  • Developing and maintaining accurate recruitment records
  • Support planning and implementing Early Careers initiatives, projects and activities
  • Ensure all emails received into the Early Careers mailbox are responded to, or delegated to the relevant member of the team within a timely manner
  • Provide administration and coordination support, including processing invoices, answering general enquiries, booking venues, and coordinating assessment centres, catering and merchandise

About You:

  • Self-motivated and resourceful individual with strong ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Proven experience in early careers recruitment or recruitment environment, preferably within a Defence or large organisation
  • Excellent project management and time management skills, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across the business
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Flexibility to attend career fairs and travel as needed

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance. ​
