About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Program/ Project Manager, the Project Administrator will support the delivery of Transformation Programs of work within the Transformation Office, who have accountability for planning, leading and delivering large complex size projects that enable ASC to achieve its strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, registers, and reports.
- Support the preparation of status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Ensure version control and proper filing of project documents.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for project-related queries.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Support change management and communication activities.
- Daily liaison with the Transformation PMO team and departments, such as Supply Chain, Capability, People & Culture, Commercial, Procurement and Finance etc.
Administrative Support
- Manage project calendars, bookings, and logistics.
- Assist with procurement, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Support onboarding of new team members and contractors.
- Travel bookings for the Program team.
About you
- Autonomous, goal directed and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited direction.
- Knowledge of project governance/ controls, administration and record keeping practices.
- Stakeholder engagement and drafting presentation skills and experience.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
