About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Supply Chain Industrial Development Manager, the Supply Chain Transfer of Technology Specialist will lead the definition and execution of Transfer of Technology strategies and plans across the Defence Industrial Vendor Qualification (DIVQ) program. This role is pivotal in establishing strong relationships with Electric Boat/HII In-Country Qualification Team (ICQT), US AUKUS stakeholders, the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA), and ASC key stakeholders to deliver critical work scopes.
You will work closely with the broader Supply Chain leadership team to address long-term issues, opportunities, and risks, ensuring alignment with ASC’s ToT Community of Practice and the NCD ToT Strategy & Process. This position also supports DIVQ team members in achieving challenging performance targets and contributes to ToT frameworks, implementation plans, and training.
This is a full-time opportunity based at ASC North, Osborne, SA.
Responsibilities
- Act as ASC’s lead representative for DIVQ ToT scope, including execution of implementation plans and training.
- Develop and deliver ToT strategies aligned with ASC and program objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Oversight team.
- Support capability development and process enhancements for efficiency and best practice.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or Cyber Security.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Transfer of Technology within complex international programs.
- Experience in maritime design, build, and sustainment processes.
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all levels.
- Excellent writing, time management, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions to complex problems.
