About the Opportunity
ASC is undertaking a period of significant transformation and is expanding its Organisational Change Management capability to support complex, business‑critical initiatives. We are seeking experienced change practitioners across multiple levels; Principal Change Manager, Change Manager and Change Analyst. These roles will help drive successful adoption of change across people, process and technology.
Working within the People & Culture function and partnering closely with transformation and business leaders, these roles play a key part in shaping, delivering and embedding change outcomes that support ASC’s strategic priorities. Depending on level, you will contribute through hands‑on delivery, lead complex change programs, and/or provide strategic and people leadership within a program environment.
Responsibilities
Depending on your level of experience and seniority, responsibilities may include:
- Designing, developing, and delivering change management strategies, plans and activities across business projects and transformation programs
- Conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to inform tailored change approaches
- Developing and delivering change communications, engagement activities, and training to support adoption
- Partnering with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to enable effective change leadership and sponsorship
- Providing expert advice on change risks, resistance, and mitigation strategies to support program outcomes
- Leading, coaching or supporting change practitioners, and contributing to the development of organisational change capability
- Monitoring and reporting on change effectiveness, adoption and benefits realisation
About you
You are a collaborative and adaptable change practitioner who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments and is motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes. Depending on the level, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change management, supporting or leading change across people, process, and technology initiatives
- Experience developing and delivering change plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organisation
- Sound planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working within project, program, or transformation environments
For senior roles, proven experience leading complex, large‑scale change programs and coaching or managing change practitioners
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
