The Atlassian Advisory Services team is a globally distributed team of Atlassian solutions advisors who are passionate about creating customer success. Advisory Services team members engage with enterprise organisations with some of the most complex challenges and help them deliver a delightful solution to their users.
We provide teams of trusted advisors helping orchestrate successful outcomes with customers to help them get the most out of their Atlassian investment and unlock their ideal solution for team collaboration.
We're hiring a Head of Advisory Services, APAC, reporting to our US-based Global Head of Advisory Services. You have a background in technology, services, solutions engineering with a domain expertise in one of the following: Agile at Scale, DevOps, IT Service Management and New Ways of Working.
In this role you'll get to:
- Build Organisational Scale: anticipate and respond to changes in the business and market that improve the customer experience and guide team success with strategic vision and operational execution.
- Represent the face of Atlassian with executive audiences and develop deeper engagement with our strategic accounts driving additional business opportunities.
- Build relationships with in geo sales leadership, channel partners, and senior customer executives.
- Guide a point of view from Atlassian on customer success that addresses adoption, expansion and transformation in partnership with product, GTM, and channel.
- Develop delivery strategy and practices providing clear guidelines and inspection points for the solution teams.
- Develop team expertise and scalable engagement through capability development that aligns Atlassian strategy and customer demands.
- Help promote opportunities for service and tool expansion within a client organisation together with our regional Channel and Solution Partners
- Spend up to 30% of your time travelling domestically, and in some cases internationally, for both internal and customer-facing events
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling a technology services business with accountability for financial targets and strategic goals (e.g. OKRs, key performance indicators, etc.)
- Demonstrated progressive experience managing technical, professional services organisation of 20+ people (e.g., consulting, implementation, trainers, project managers) and delivery partners
- Experience leading services pipeline development with sales teams to convert strategy customer prospects into active engagements and unlock standardisation decisions at the executive leadership level
- Partner with in-region sales leadership to guide an account team motion and engagement depth with customers.
- Build relationships with the channel partner leadership in the region and agree on partnered motions for customer delivery
- You excel at developing regional services strategy for Enterprise customers with customer engagement and relationship development expertise to back your enthusiasm for our space.
