Atlassian is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, who will be primarily responsible for managing our payroll process for employees located in multiple states within APAC. In addition, you will also be supporting the Global Payroll Team in delivering various cross-functional projects to streamline payroll processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The ideal person will have experience processing large payrolls, proven track record in delivering projects, be systems savvy and have excellent communication skills. You will be part of a fast-paced global team and have many opportunities to learn and grow in our roles. Extensive payroll experience with large and complex payrolls
Strong knowledge in Global Payroll laws and regulations, as well as experience managing payroll vendors and service providers.
Additional payroll knowledge of other countries is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Critical thinker and strong problem solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, people & time management skills
Proven track record in delivering small to large payroll projects

Ideal applicant should be tech-savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Workday and Jira experience a plus
