This is a remote position. With a sufficient timezone overlap with the team, we're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from any location in Australia.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across technical program management
Experience leadings teams to deliver large-scale transformations across AI and Data Governance
Demonstrated experience implementing an organisational AI vision, strategy and roadmap.
Proven track record of driving a robust data governance framework and compliance across all our data policies, including access management and role-based access control.
Background in AI development, machine learning, process automation, or systems engineering, with the ability to navigate technical details.
An API-first mindset and extensive experience with automation tools
Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience)
Managed delivery across multiple business and engineering teams with strong track record driving complex programs and managing interdependent teams.
