What you’ll do
As a Senior Structural Engineer in our Power Transmission and Distribution team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind. You will:
- Oversee structural design delivery across a variety of projects including substations, transmission, BESS, solar and wind that are transforming Australia's energy future.
- Partner with clients to solve complex technical challenges and deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Work alongside some of Australia's leading transmission and renewable energy specialists on nationally significant energy infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, advisory, digital and environmental disciplines.
- Mentor emerging engineers while building your profile as a technical specialist through industry leadership and structured development.
- Drive high-quality structural designs using industry-leading tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Apply advanced engineering analysis to optimise performance, efficiency and constructability.
- Deliver complex designs across transmission, substations, renewables and battery storage to support Australia’s energy transition.
- Contribute to client relationships and develop your commercial and project delivery skills while working alongside experienced project leaders.

What you’ll bring
- Relevant engineering qualifications plus experience delivering structural designs for energy infrastructure projects.
- CPEng and RPEQ registration or a demonstrated commitment towards achieving professional registration.
- Proven experience designing steel and reinforced concrete structures, with expertise in structural analysis, modelling and foundation design.
- Supportive approach to mentoring teams, sharing knowledge and helping others grow while guiding complex technical decisions.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with clients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
