We’re looking for a career minded, motivated and proactive Training Administrator to join our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) team. Based in our Melbourne office, this role supports our national training operations, helping ensure our training programs run smoothly and efficiently for students and a range of stakeholders.
What will you do?
In this varied administrative role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to the national RTO team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with students to provide administrative support and information around their registration, enrolment and suitability checks
- Processing and data entry of enrolment and training records
- Assist with course coordination and logistics tasks including booking travel, rooms, resources, printing, scanning, preparing and posting training materials and documentation to training locations and more
- Assisting the RTO team with general administrative tasks including document management, data quality improvements and reports
- Supporting compliance and record management processes
This role is perfect for a bubbly, outgoing people person who enjoys communicating with students and employers, working hands-on in an office, and confidently working independently within a supportive team.
What can you bring to the team?
We’re looking for someone who is people oriented, reliable and who thrives working in a collaborative fast paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Strong administration experience in a dynamic, commercially driven team (technical training environment highly desired)
- Familiarity with software including Microsoft Office365 suite and student management systems (e.g., Ready Student, Ready Skills, Ready LMS, RTO Safe)
- Proven customer service and communication skills ideally within an RTO environment
- Excellent spoken, written and verbal English with strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Above all, a positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
- A strong drive to succeed and looking to build a great career
Experience working in a training organisation or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
