Electrical Engineer

Your role

As an Electrical Engineer in our eclectic, pragmatic and passionate QLD Transmission and Distribution team, you'll deliver purposeful work that supports the future of the energy sector. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.

What you’ll be doing

  • Empowering energy transformation
– support clients in developing power generation, energy storage, and transmission and distribution design projects
  • Collaborating across disciplines
– work closely with a range of experts to explore creative solutions to system needs
  • Providing insights with care
– share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making
  • Supporting renewable progress
– contribute to clean energy projects including storage, solar, and wind to help decarbonise communities
  • Improving systems mindfully
– use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change

What you’ll bring

You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You’ll also have:

  • A relevant engineering degree and experience in Electrical Engineering
  • A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in energy or infrastructure
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
  • A willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives
