How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
Working within Aurecon’s Project Services Hub (PSH), your role as an Project Information Manager is critical in setting up good digital and information practice to drive excellence in project specific delivery. This role reaches across all our industries, and you will work with the Regional Information Manager, the broader digital team, and project teams (and clients).
You will be acting as a subject matter expert to develop and implement Project Information Management processes on multiple projects by understanding and defining project information requirements and upholding standards.
Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:
Provide input for project bids by assessing client requirements and promoting our business capabilities in relation to information management
Drive the Digital Work Planning process for specific projects to ensure consistency, efficiency and delivery excellence
Ensure project compliance with ISO 19650 and be involved with project audits
Promote the use of and contribute to the development of automation tools to ensure efficiency and consistency
Lead project set-ups, develop and implement processes and manage training, access and security permissions for project data throughout the project lifecycle
Work with the Regional Information Manager to drive new initiatives and continuous improvement and coach the broader teams
What we’re looking for:
At Aurecon, we believe diversity of experience brings diverse thinking. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who can demonstrate experience in Project Information Management and a passion for defence, commercial, infrastructure and resource sector. In addition, you will also have:
- Proven Information Management and systems experience in a project delivery environment
- Experience working across multiple projects and industries such as Defence, Resources, Infrastructure and Built Environment, ideally within an engineering based delivery organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience
- Experience in applying relevant industry codes, standards and relevant quality systems including a sound understanding of document and quality control processes
- An understanding of the ISO 19650 principles across the entire asset lifecycle
- The ability to interpret and respond to client and asset information requirements
- For Defence projects you must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA). website https://www1.defence.gov.au/security/clearances.If successful, Aurecon will assist with your application, including application fees.
