Our four-year Apprenticeship Program consists of on-the-job practical learning at our Peak mine site combined with offsite training with TAFE New South Wales. Providing you with hands on mentoring from our leaders on site and exposure to our wider business teams for further exposure of our overall mining operations.
Upon completion of this program, you will achieve a Certificate III in Engineering along with valuable on the job experience to set your career up.
About You

- Must be a local Cobar resident
- A genuine interest in the trade
- Strong and reliable work ethic
- Good manual and technical problem-solving skills
- A current manual driver's license
- Good listening and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and initiative in their work
