At Aurion, our people are central to who we are and how we work. With over 40 years of experience in the people and payroll industry, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and people are empowered to make an impact.

We partner with Australian organisations to deliver trusted people and payroll solutions, guided by the belief that meaningful outcomes are shaped by how we work, not just what we deliver.

As we continue to grow our Managed Payroll Services (MPS) offering, we are excited to introduce this new Payroll Enablement Partner role to help strengthen capability, consistency, and team experience across our managed payroll delivery team. This is a unique role focused on enabling people to perform at their best, through structured onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is a direct reflection of our commitment to investing in our people, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and maintaining a structured enablement framework across the managed payroll team, including onboarding, training pathways, and role readiness

  • Develop and facilitate onboarding and learning programs to build capability and confidence in new team members

  • Translating quality insights and customer feedback into practical learning and process improvement, creating, delivering and maintaining practical learning content

  • Partnering with Team Leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted uplift initiatives

  • Establishing team rhythms that strengthen culture, connection, and engagement

  • Coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure enablement activities align with operational priorities and delivery cycles

This is a face-paced and highly collaborative role focused on removing friction, improving consistency, and enabling teams to deliver quality outcomes at scale.

About You

You’ll be someone who is passionate about people, motivated by helping others succeed, grow, and perform at their best.

You’re energised by creating environments where teams feel supported, capable, and set up for success, and you thrive when you can take ownership of initiatives that make a meaningful difference to both people and performance.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in managed services, payroll processing, HR/Payroll SaaS or service delivery environments

  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs (e.g. onboarding, training, or workforce capability initiatives)

  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on outcomes

  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into usable resources

  • Confidence in facilitating sessions and building relationships across teams

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify patterns and drive pragmatic solutions

  • Experience with Aurion is highly regarded, but not essential.

    Benefits of joining our team

Rated an HRD Employer of Choice for 3 years in a row, we offer a range of industry-leading benefits, including:

    • Competitive pay and benefits

    • Hybrid working arrangements (after an initial in-office onboarding period)

    • Career growth opportunities within a thriving technology business

    • The security of joining a trusted and established Australian brand

    • A calendar of regular social events, including monthly office breakfasts, social connection drinks, and more

    • Opportunities to participate in committees aligned to your passions, including Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) working groups

    • Head office located in the heart of Milton, featuring a newly refurbished workspace just a 50‑metre walk from Milton Train Station

At Aurion, we are committed to building a truly inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where every person feels valued, respected, and empowered to belong as part of our One Team Aurion culture. We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences; across all nationalities, cultures, gender identities, abilities, ages, and ways of thinking.

We strongly encourage applications from people with disabilities and are committed to providing reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process and employment lifecycle. Our aim is to create an accessible, supportive environment that ensures equal access to opportunities and enables everyone to succeed.

We are also proudly endorsed by WORK180, reflecting our ongoing commitment to equity and inclusion. This recognition highlights how we support flexible work, shared caring responsibilities, and meaningful opportunities for growth, while fostering a workplace where everyone can thrive and bring their whole self to work. #WORK180
