Responsibilities
As an integral member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders and delivery teams.
Conducting research to inform solution design.
Documenting functional requirements as user stories.
Developing customer journeys, screen mock-ups, and system design artefacts.
Facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing iteration flow.
Collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and product owners.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience as a Business Analyst delivering impactful software.
Experience with Payroll and HCM solutions.
High attention to detail and a practical approach to story-writing.
Proficiency in modelling business and data processes.
Team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience delivering Cloud Native or SaaS solutions (desirable).
Experience working in an Agile Development Environment (desirable).
Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (desirable).
