Your role at Ausgrid
This role is responsible for the planning and development of the enterprise training schedule and associated logistics and resources for all vocational, technical and compliance training to Ausgrid employees, contractors and external workers (ASPs and contractors).
Success Profile
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, organising and maintaining high volumes of training events within set timeframes
- Highly organised
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Extensive working knowledge of business administration procedures and customer service techniques
- Knowledgeable to navigate and use training and administration databases, document management and filing systems and their related systems and processes - TRIM, SuccessFactors, LMS
- Working knowledge of and application of training function administration operations
- Shows initiative and sound judgement when working independently or in a team
- Problem solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Working knowledge of regulatory training and assessment needs of the business, contractors, Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) and other external customers
- Driver’s licence
- Formal qualifications (and or equivalent business experience) in Business, L&D or a relevant discipline
