Reporting to the Claims & Recoveries Manager, the Investigations Officer will be responsible for effectively and efficiently investigating and resolving customer enquiries, supply, and non-supply related claims, and third-party damage recoveries to achieve a commercially balanced and customer focussed experience.
As the Investigations Officer, you will be given an opportunity to elevate your career in a business that is revolutionising the world of energy.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Conducting investigations using relevant information from incidents
- Update and maintain records in relevant databases, including detailed notes relevant to the matter.
- Prepare, analyse, and collate information and documentation, including report preparation.
- Support the Contact Centre in addressing customer and stakeholder enquiries and emergency contacts through multiple communication channels when required.
- Provide consistent advice in accordance with relevant legislation, regulation, policies and guidelines.
What we are looking for
You will bring with you proven analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to review, assess, and analyse documentation. Our Investigations Officer will have organisational and time management skills and ability to provide high level of accuracy in record keeping.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with external parties, and staff at all levels.
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification
