As part of the Connections & Operations team, you will lead a team of 9 connections & operations officers to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality service, as well as setting and achieving business targets and objectives.

Your new role
Reporting to the Partner Services Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Connections & Operations team by providing leadership, coaching and performance development.
As the Team Leader, you will be given an opportunity to elevate your career in a business that is revolutionising the world of energy.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Build and continually improve engagement across the business.
- Coaching and development of the team and being an all-around point of escalation.
- Supervise, allocate and schedule the activities of the team and ensuring that all activities are undertaken within the required timeframe.
- Building strong relationships across business units and functions that contribute to/influence the team activities and outcomes.
- Establishing cross skilling opportunities.
