As ourLMS Administrator, you’ll help make learning accessible for all by keeping our Learning Management System running smoothly, reliably and with the accuracy our people depend on.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Learning & Development teams and key partners across the business to ensure our people have the right training, at the right time, backed by high‑quality data and simple, dependable processes. You’ll be the go‑to for maintaining the LMS, improving how our people experience learning.

  • Maintain LMS settings, protocols and structures to keep the system reliable, efficient and aligned to organisational learning needs.
  • Create, update and manage learning items, curricula and assignment profiles so learners receive accurate training pathways.
  • Oversee data integrity, ensuring learning information is accurate, complete and compliant for reporting and audit needs.
  • Partner with L&D designers, facilitators, People Systems, PeopleHub and business stakeholders to support smooth delivery of learning programs.
  • Generate scheduled and ad‑hoc reporting to provide leaders with timely insight into completions, compliance and learning activity.
  • Respond to LMS queries, troubleshoot issues, investigate data discrepancies and escalate where required.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance user experience, strengthen governance and continually improve the LMS environment.
  • Support additional responsibilities aligned with role level and organisational needs.

  • Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems, with extensive experience in their administration, optimisation and application to enterprise learning environments
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and supporting customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS.
