Are you ready to shape the future of energy?

We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a People Systems Improvement Specialist to help us optimise and stabilise our people systems environment. In this 12-month Fixed-Term Contract role, you will play a critical part in improving system performance by identifying and resolving root causes of issues across SuccessFactors and related platforms. You will be pivotal in strengthening the foundations for automation, self-service and continuous improvement. This role is based in Melbourne and sits within our People Advisory and Systems team.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Identify and resolve recurring system and data issues across the employee lifecycle
  • Implement sustainable fixes that reduce escalations and manual intervention
  • Conduct testing aligned to real-world business processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into system improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction
  • Targeted knowledge uplift by replacing informal workarounds with clear and accurate system instructions

You don’t need to check every box, however we’re looking for a good combination of:

  • Detailed experience working with SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in environments with system transformation or improvement focus
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to articulate system concepts clearly and work collaboratively across teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR data governance and privacy requirements with an attention to detail in identifying inconsistencies, preventing rework, and escalating data risks
