Graduate program

Our dynamic graduate program offers an unparalleled opportunity to get hands- on industry experience and make an impact by connecting communities with energy and accelerating a sustainable future.
The 2-year program includes rotations within a core business unit and the opportunity to have a rotation in another division. You’ll undertake meaningful work to build your experience and understanding of what we do, utilise your skills and explore your interests.
