Due to an internal move, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and business insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys developing a Group-wide view of business performance, working beyond the numbers, partnering with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across reporting processes.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Lead the consolidation of budgets and forecasts across the P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Capital Expenditure portfolios.
- Deliver accurate and insightful reporting to key stakeholders, including shareholder reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly management reporting packs.
- Analyse financial performance, identify risks, investigate variances and provide meaningful commentary.
- Apply strong technical accounting knowledge to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
- Drive improvements across reporting processes, models and systems.
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
What we are looking for:
You'll bring a blend of technical accounting expertise, analytical thinking and commercial curiosity, including:
- CA or CPA qualification (CA preferred).
- Big 4 (or similar) experience combined with industry exposure.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidations.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- The confidence to challenge assumptions, identify risks and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience within infrastructure, utilities or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
