Our Graduate Program
Our goal is to build you up for success. Our 2-year graduate program will include rotations within our various business units or teams to enable you to better understand what we do, as well as develop your capability and skills with hands on experience and learning. At the end of your Graduate Program, you will be transferred to permanent role within AusNet matched to your skills, capability, and career pathway.
Your role
As a Graduate of our Business (Commercial) stream, you will support various professional Leaders across the business to develop and deliver key business outcomes aligned to our strategic goals. Our Major Projects, Performance and Commercial Development teams need support across a range of capabilities i.e. project management, stakeholder management, data analytics, reporting, risk assessment, governance and business development.
What you will deliver
- Support and development of market research and entry strategies, with a view on informing the business unit on relevant trends such as emerging competition, substitute products and services, and customer needs
- Support and development of business models for innovative energy services for commercial and residential customers;
- Support and development of performance management tools, such as KPI dashboards and tracking, in order to help increase productivity and ensure the achievement of business objectives
- Provide support to the risk and compliance team with risk reviews including engaging and supporting business stakeholders in the identification and control of risks
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand their drivers and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver effective business outcomes and deliver projects.
- Ensure all activities are executed within safety and environmental targets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvements across all standards, practices, as well as development of solutions and strategies.
