An excellent opportunity has arisen to lead a team that is an essential part of the services we provide to our customers. This new role in our strong and high performing team is to lead a group of experts and specialists who work to ensure safe access to our distribution network, with a high focus on the safety of our workforce and public, whilst delivering high quality outcomes for our customers. With a core team in Melbourne and other members at various sites across the North and East of the state, this role will bring their excellent operational leadership capability to build an energised and high performing team.
About the Role
This role will see you leading our Access & Outage Planning function (team of up to 30), ensuring high levels of compliance and productivity, building a high performing team and enhancing processes and outcomes for customers. You will be accountable for system and process product ownership, access planning and coordination across the distribution network.
This role will report to the General Manager, Network Control & Operations located in Melbourne, Victoria.
