The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Payroll Systems Testing Analyst to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and efficiency of our payroll systems through comprehensive testing. In this role, you’ll design and execute test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver system enhancements that improve payroll processes and compliance.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for payroll and HRIS systems.
- Identify, analyse and document defects, ensuring timely resolution and system reliability.
- Maintain STP2 reporting requirements.
- Maintain PayDay Super requirements.
- Collaborate with Payroll, People, and technical teams to implement improvements.
- Support compliance with legislative changes and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and system performance.
About You
- Proven extensive payroll software testing and QA experience, including offshore support
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must have SAP S4/Hana, SuccessFactors including EC Payroll, and Spinifex systems experience (mandatory).
- Familiar with Australian/state payroll legislation (preferred)
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mathematical and excel skills
