Help us deliver like never before

Australia Post is delivering for all Australians. From the vehicles that we drive, to the small businesses that make our communities thrive. We’re delivering for the environment, for our communities, for our customers and for our people. We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride

Help us deliver like never before

We’re hiring a Strategic Adoption Manager to lead the adoption strategy for our Out of Home (OOH) network, translating enterprise ambition into a clear, evidence-led plan that drives sustainable performance. This role acts as a strategic authority for the OOH program, combining market insight, commercial discipline and a deep understanding of the end-to-end flywheel (merchants, receivers and property hosts) to define strategic opportunities of where and how we play.

Working closely with, product, pricing, sales, marketing and GTM, you’ll ensure activity is aligned, prioritised and optimised—owning the integrated go-to-market approach, driving measurable impact, and ensuring every initiative delivers tangible commercial outcomes. This is a people leadership opportunity, supporting one team member.

This is a great opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact adoption strategy, driving measurable outcomes and influencing how Australia Post grows its OOH network into the future

What you’ll deliver with us

Commercial & Strategic Priorities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end OOH adoption strategy, translating enterprise objectives into a clear, prioritised commercial plan.
  • Identify, size and prioritise market and revenue opportunities using data, insights and performance analysis to inform growth and investment decisions.
  • Define and optimise audience strategy, including segmentation, tagging, sizing, emerging trends and commercial potential to focus on highest-value opportunities.
  • Enable OOH campaign activation through leveraging geo-targeting, first-party data and marketing effectiveness metrics (Adobe) to support integrated campaigns.
  • Apply audience, campaign and customer insights to continuously optimise performance, refine value propositions and improve adoption, trial outcomes and host positioning.
  • Own OOH adoption performance governance, including ROI, margin and KPI accountability to deliver impact.

About you

You bring proven experience leading growth strategy in a complex, multi-channel or enterprise environment, using data, insights and market intelligence to shape clear, evidence-led priorities. You’re highly analytical and know how to define the data and insights required to inform strategy, translating opportunity into targeted audience segments, commercial value and ongoing performance tracking, including regular reporting and optimisation. You combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in ROI, margin management and investment decisions, ensuring effort is focused on the areas that drive adoption and impact. A natural collaborator and leader, you’ve successfully partnered across marketing, insights, product, pricing, sales and delivery teams, influencing at senior levels and aligning stakeholders to deliver integrated plans with clarity and discipline.
